Sarah is a superannuation and insurance lawyer who joined the Berrill & Watson team in 2025. She is based in our Melbourne office and is primarily working on TPD claims, income protection, general insurance and financial advice disputes.
Sarah recognises that these claims often come at a challenging point in a person’s life. She is focused on making the process as smooth and supportive as possible whilst ensuring her clients are heard.
Before transitioning to superannuation insurance law, Sarah worked as a criminal defence lawyer, where she developed strong advocacy skills and appeared in courts across Victoria.
She is committed to supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing hardship and mental health challenges. Her experience working with vulnerable individuals continues to shape her compassionate approach towards her clients.
